While we and our children slept, Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose' Campeon risked their lives guarding our Southern Border. They shot a repeat drug smuggler while crossing into the United States and at the request of Mexico, President Bush has instructed Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to forsake both agents while granting immunity and legal status to their assailant.
